A Great Service Day!

This is Josefin and her daughter Nanci.
An absolute treat of a return visit to go on with Marilyn today.
Marilyn came by the apartment so we could all follow her to the service group this morning. She got here at 7:30 this morning and we immideatly started to hand out tracts to people on the streets. I placed 3, Ginia placed 2, Jason placed 2, Jude placed 2, and Micah placed 1. We all have our eom little Spanish presentation memorized, we have all used it, placed, and revised it and used it again. It is a great feeling to be trying something new in a new language with what seems to be the kindest people on earth!!
Today was Josefin's 2nd visit. She lives not only UP the mountain but we then had to start to head down the other side to get to her! SO, Marilyn does not get out there often, and if it rains the roads wash away and she has to wait even longer!
But she first visited with her 2-3 weeks ago and today when we got there Josefin was doing dishes, and cooking when we got there, neither of which is like doing it at home. MUCH more like when we are camping, and even then, in all honesty, we have an easier set up for cooking and cleaning when we are tenting.
But still she put 3chairs out, which took up the whole kitchen, for Marilyn, Jude, and myself and Jere sat on the front step (kind of, he couldn't resist chasing every chicken that passed by) and Marilyn had an awesome discussion with her. She remembered everything and talked with enthusiasm about what they talked about last time. Then marilyn asked if anyone goes to heaven and she said "no they possess the earth" so they read about the anointed and the number and what they will do in heaven, then Marilyn said "so, from the texts we just read will any go to heaven?"
Josefin "yes, 144,000"
Marilyn "and what will the do there"
Josefin " they will be kings"
Marilyn "and what will they be ruling over"
Josefin "us, who inherit the earth!"
Aaaaaaaaaaaa Wala!
I can not believe how she gets it all so quickly, then when we had to leave Marilyn said she'd be back when she can and Josefin smiled so big and said "good, I'm learning so much!"
Also, 16 year old nancy couldn't walk away, so I gave her the Spanish bible I was using and she looked up all the scriptures!
I'm sure they'll be sisters soon!:)

The road waaaaay far ahead has to be taken on foot! At least an hour walk AFTER the the 40+ minute drive! But all those trees ahead are full of little homes with families that have not heard the truth in YEARS, if ever!

Beautiful view in service! Ricon Beach!

Jeremiah found a bunny. He fell in love with it. And so did Marilyn, she said you don't see tem around! Jeremiah was feeding him grass:)
Oh , Jason also got to show the video "why study the bible" and his service partner helped set it up for him to return! Now Jason has some serious preparing he has to do...in SPANISH :/ :)
